Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please email us as soon as possible at support@gleamefy.com with your cancellation or modification request.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we can’t guarantee changes once processing has begun.
If your order has already been shipped, you may not change your shipping address.
How do I return my order?
At the moment, customers cannot use the return portal. If you need to return an item, you’ll need to arrange the shipment on your own. Please contact us directly, and we’ll provide all the details to make the process as smooth as possible.
