Order Cancellation
You have 24 hours to cancel your order from the moment it is placed. Our team begins processing orders within 1 business day.
Please note: Your cancellation will only be successful if it is submitted within the 24-hour window and before your order has been shipped. Once the shipping process has begun, the order can no longer be canceled, and you may instead initiate a return after receiving the item according to our Return Policy.
Return Window & Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. The item must be resalable.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@gleamefy.com within the 14-day window. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Your return package must be postmarked within 14 days of you contacting us.

After shipping the return, please email us the tracking number and clear photos of the packaged item for our records.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific cost will be based on the express company you choose.
- If the return is due to our error, such as if the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer will not be required to bear the shipping fee.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15-20 business days.

Partial Refunds: A partial refund may be issued if the item is returned not in its original condition, damaged (for reasons not caused by us), or missing parts.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@gleamefy.com.
